Dan Madonna, Esq. is committed to providing each client with individualized, strategic representation tailored to the specific circumstances of their case. He understands that clients often seek legal counsel during some of the most critical and stressful moments of their lives — whether facing criminal charges or navigating a contentious divorce. Dan prioritizes careful listening, direct communication, and practical strategy, making himself consistently accessible by phone, email, and text, including on evenings and weekends. He approaches every matter with focus and a deep sense of responsibility to zealously advocate for those he represents.
Dan’s background includes service as an Attorney with the United States Department of Health and Human Services, where he prosecuted discrimination claims involving federally funded programs. He also clerked for the Honorable Todd Sponseller in the 39th Judicial District, gaining experience across criminal, civil, and family law matters, including appellate work. In addition, Dan served as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County, representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in a wide range of criminal proceedings. These roles provided him with substantial courtroom experience and a strong foundation in litigation.
Outside of his practice, Dan spends his time with his wife, Corina, and their two children. The family resides in Upper Gwynedd and is actively involved in the local community. Whether attending children’s sporting events, exploring Pennsylvania’s trail system, or traveling to their favorite beach destinations, Dan values family, community, and balance — principles that inform both his personal life and professional approach.
